These terms govern your use of HOAI Content Studio, including features that connect to third-party social platforms such as TikTok.

1. About HOAI Content Studio

HOAI Content Studio is a content workflow tool used to create, organize, prepare, and publish original short-form content to social accounts that the user has authorized.

2. Authorized accounts only

You may connect and publish only to accounts that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to use. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with each connected platform's rules.

3. TikTok integration

If you connect a TikTok account, HOAI Content Studio may use TikTok authorization and Content Posting features to upload drafts or publish content at your direction. The app does not post unless the account has been authorized and the user initiates or configures the publishing workflow.

4. Your content

You remain responsible for videos, images, captions, audio, trademarks, and other material you submit or publish. Do not publish material you do not have the right to use.

5. Third-party services

HOAI Content Studio depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability, limits, review requirements, and policies may change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

6. Account access and security

You are responsible for protecting your device, credentials, and connected accounts. You may revoke a platform connection through that platform's account or security settings when supported.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unauthorized account access, spam, fraud, deceptive automation, infringement, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards or rate limits.

8. No guarantee of reach

Successful publishing does not guarantee views, reach, engagement, monetization, or continued availability of a post. Social platforms control distribution and may review, limit, remove, or reject content.

These terms may be updated as HOAI Content Studio and its integrations evolve. The current version will be posted on this page.
