This Privacy Policy explains how HoaiStudio handles information when you create an account, connect a supported social account, select or upload content, or use publishing features.

Information we process

We may process account information such as your name and email address, authentication information, connected-account identifiers, authorization tokens, content you choose to provide, publishing preferences, publishing status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Connected social accounts

When you choose to connect a third-party platform such as TikTok, you are redirected through that platform’s authorization process. HoaiStudio receives only the access and information permitted by the authorization you approve. Connecting an account does not itself publish content.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, maintain your workspace, connect accounts you authorize, process user-requested publishing workflows, display publishing status, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.

Content and temporary files

Content you provide is processed to deliver the features you request. Temporary copies may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to complete a transfer, publishing operation, troubleshooting process, or user-requested workflow, and then removed according to our operational retention practices.

Service providers

HoaiStudio may use hosting, authentication, database, storage, and other infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to HoaiStudio. Connected social platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

No sale of personal information

HoaiStudio does not sell personal information or connected-platform user data to advertisers or data brokers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account credentials, authorization tokens, and service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. You may revoke a connected platform’s authorization through that platform or available HoaiStudio controls. You may request deletion of your HoaiStudio account and associated personal information by contacting us.

Your choices

You control whether to connect a social account, what content to provide, and whether to initiate a publishing action. Revoking a platform authorization may prevent connected features from continuing to operate.

Changes

We may update this policy as HoaiStudio evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
