These Terms govern your use of HoaiStudio, including account, content management, and connected social publishing features.

Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may use connected publishing features only with social accounts you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to use.

Your content

You retain responsibility for videos, images, audio, captions, trademarks, and other material you provide. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish that content.

Connected platforms

HoaiStudio may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok through their official authorization and publishing interfaces. Their services, rules, limits, and availability are controlled by those platforms and may change independently of HoaiStudio.

Publishing controls

HoaiStudio provides controls intended to help you review the destination account, content, and available publishing settings before submitting a publishing action. You remain responsible for your publishing choices and for complying with the rules of each connected platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use HoaiStudio for unauthorized account access, spam, fraud, deceptive automation, infringement, illegal activity, malicious content distribution, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards, permissions, or rate limits.

Availability

Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued as the service evolves. Third-party outages, reviews, restrictions, and API changes may affect connected features.

Account suspension or termination

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may request closure of your HoaiStudio account by contacting us.

No guarantee of distribution

A successful publishing request does not guarantee views, reach, engagement, monetization, or continued availability of content. Connected platforms control their own review and distribution systems.

Changes

We may update these Terms as HoaiStudio evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
